Do you store my credit card details?
NO we absolutely do NOT store any of your credit card or banking details.
Once you checkout you are passed over to an official payment gateway who handles the rest of the payment transaction.
The only records we keep of yours is your billing & shipping address, email and telephone number which are stored in an encrypted database.
What is your address I want to come and buy a windsock?
We are unfortunately an online only store we do not accept any walk in customers. Stock is reserved on a first come first serve basis.
How do I know you are legit and not a scam?
Sadly scammers make life for ethical and honest businesses like us increasingly difficult. We understand how people get caught by scammers and also understand your concerns in this regard. You can rest assured that we are a reputable online store.
What you buy from us WILL be delivered to your door.

How long does it take for new stock to arrive?
Our new stocks always arrive around 3-7 days after we place orders with our warehouses. Most of our incoming stocks often sell before they even land and we unfortunately cannot reserve stock for anyone unless an order is placed and paid for. If you want to know the ETA of when a certain item will arrive simply contact us.
